Families may view all documentation such as CV's, references, driver's license copies and testimonials kept on file for all Au Pairs be it a full time Au Pair, part time Au Pair, Tutor, Nanny, Babysitter or a temporary Au Pair, on request, at any given time.

DUTIES OF AN ABC AU PAIR

  • Someone who cares and loves your child whilst looking out for their best interest in your absence;
  • Your ABC Au Pair will ensure your children participate in stimulation activities (especially for the babies and toddlers) building awareness and confidence in their abilities.
  • If required your ABC Au Pair will:
    • transport your children to and from school as well as after school activities and appointments
    • Assist with homework and school projects
    • Grocery shopping
    • Assist with the preparation of meals
    • Ensure the children are bathed
    • Arrange fun activities during the holidays
    • Babysitting in the evenings

  1. The purpose of the processing of the information will be solely Au Pair/Tutor/Babysitter Placements of suitable Candidates and will not be re-purposed.
  2. Failing to supply the required information will result in ABC Au Pairs PTY (LTD) not being able to proceed to find a suitable candidate.
  3. Information will only be collected for purposes of verification and to match your requirements of a suitable candidate.
  4. The information will not be transferred to a third party unless specifically requested.
  5. This consent covers the natural sharing of information that may be necessary, insofar it is necessary, between the relevant parties involved in the process, including:
  • The Candidate
  • The Financial Institution

PLEASE NOTE:

  • No registration fee is payable until we've secured an Au Pair for you.
  • From information received through the consutlation, ABC Au Pairs will forward profiles of prospective candidates to you.
  • You choose which Au Pair/Au Pairs you would like to interview.
  • ABC Au Pairs arrange and set up all interviews on your behalf at a time and place that is convenient for you.
  • Once you have decided on the most suitable Au Pair the placemetn fee will be calculated and is payable (Refer to Terms and Conditions)
  • Once payment has been received ABC Au Pairs will forward you a contract of employment which may be edited to suit both you and your Au Pair.

CUSTOMER CARE:

  • We provide continued customer service, should you or your Au Pair have any queries we can be contacted during office hours - we offer this service to all our clients and care givers as an added extra, should you have any queries regarding child care, nutrition, discipline, medicine or anything else, we will gladly assist you.
  • Our quality guarantee extends for a period of 60 days from start date. If during this period an Au Pair decides to leave her family, ABC Au Pairs undertakes to replace the candidate free of charge, provided that the placement fee was paid within 5 days if the date of initial invoice. If the Au Pair leaves after 60 days but before 12 months we offer an extended guarantee, where we will discount your next placement accordingly.
At ABC Au Pairs we consider the placement of an Au Pair/Nanny very seriously and will do our utmost to provide you with the best person for your children's needs.
